The upper ball joints, bushings, and tie rod sleeves have since been replaced, but these part number are still good reference numbers. The ball joints are now mid-eighties B-body (Caprice/Impala) units, and the bushings are Polyeurothane that came on the Hotchkis upper control arms. Tony Kziska of the Monte list made me a set of billet steel tie rod sleeves that are similar to the ones that Hotchkis sells. I gave him a set of GT smoked headlight covers for his efforts... :-)
